Upload Document Reference Information via DTW RDR21

i request tu upload via DTW the array RDR21.
In station 11869854 one work that successful 2016 this is not disposable successful the DTW astatine this stage.

Is the relation disposable now?
DTW fails with mistake "Update Failed Can not find this entity successful B1 Application-defined oregon object-defined error.65171 "

I'm astatine SAP BUSINESS ONE 10.0 FP2405. DTW mentation 10.0.251.0.
