Unable to create custom CDS from I_SalesDocument and adding annotation

We privation to extract information connected Datasphere from CDS "I_SalesDocument" with CDC paradigm done a Replication Flow. The root strategy is S/4HC. We tried to create a customized CDS successful some the beneath modes.

Key User Mode :

• We tried to make a customized CDS View based connected the modular 1 and adjacent customized 1 (in Eclipse) with "Data Extraction Mode". Although we are capable to adhd the Data Extraction annotation and successfully replicate information into Datasphere, we are not capable to alteration the Change Data Capture, which is needed for their requirement.

Cloud Development Mode connected Eclipse:

• Create a customized CDS utilizing "I_SalesDocument" arsenic notation entity / starting from blank and adhd the annotation by ourself, but failed with mistake "Use of annotation is not permitted (Not Released)".
