What are the options for enabling "In-Memory encryption" oregon "Runtime Encryption" with S/4HANA?

Is this depending connected the HW level connected which HANA runs?

Various blogs discusses "Encryption-at-rest" and "Encryption-in-Transit" which is imaginable with HANA DB's.
