The Purchase requisition created by PM oder not allowing to change the item category to D (Service)

Hello,
I created the PM bid with power cardinal PM02 and maintained purchasing information successful components screen. The Purchase requisition created by PM bid is having point class arsenic blank(Standard). Its not allowing to alteration to D (Service). 

How to make Service introduction expanse for the PREQ/PO successful this case?
