Stay certified without learning hub

I received an email that my certification is astir to expire and that I tin enactment certified by subscribing to SAP learning hub. Is determination different mode of staying certified? E.g. is it imaginable to wage conscionable for a delta/"stay certified" exam? In my lawsuit the certification is C_DBADM.
