Solution for WIP (Work In Progress) in SAP S4HANA Public Cloud

we are looking for a solution to find WIP based connected existent costs connected WBS elements (non-production environment). Scope point 3F0 is truthful not a imaginable solution. Would 4I9 and 4GQ beryllium an option?
