SE73, Barcode with type QR CODE 2005 runs in error if Backslash "\" is in Content String

I request that pursuing drawstring successful an QR-barcode for an sapscript forms:

In SE73  we person already an existing Barcode benignant "QR Code 2005" which works fine, but if one effort the String mentioned supra the Barcode trial successful SE73 returns: 

"operation RENDERBARCODE(BARCODE) failed:rendering this barcode failed!"If one regenerate successful the String supra for illustration each backslash with different character, QR codification works fine.
If one trial with an online Tool QR Generator - with the drawstring including the backslash above, everything fine, truthful conscionable SAP does not evidently let the backslash. 

Unfortenately one request the backslash successful the QR Code Content. We usage the pursuing settings successful SE73:

Mode: A
Module Size: 25
ErrCorrLev (L,M,Q,H): H

According to SAP Note one tried already changing the Mode from A to each different imaginable entries, nary alteration successful behaviour.
