\/SCWM/PWR801,802 when Prod Order released to create PMR in EWM

hello Team, 

Our Production bid erstwhile released , queue is getting stuck with the mistake "Quantity relation Staging for Production Planned (W6) required for single-order staging " .  This is caller upgrade container S/4 HANA 2023 . 

we did not spot this mistake before.
