SAP Business One Setup Wizard problem

I person a question related to SAP Business One Setup Wizard: While I was trying to instal Software Development Kit (SDK) using SAP Business One Setup Wizard, successful the Database Server Connection step it shows error: "Failed to link to server; participate a valid server name, idiosyncratic ID, and password. Verify that you person the SBOCOMMON database and effort again." (attached file). I person checked SBOCOMMON database is available. I person restarted SAP B1 server tools also, but occupation not solved. Can idiosyncratic help?
