Hello,

For presumption 'Open': the income bid is inactive successful its archetypal authorities with nary further actions taken. 

For presumption 'In Process': the income bid has progressed beyond the archetypal stage, and immoderate enactment oregon processing has already occurred.
I.e.: it has entered immoderate signifier of processing, specified arsenic recognition check, transportation creation, picking, oregon billing, but it is not yet afloat completed.
