Sales Order is blocked, even although credit limit is not exceeded.

Dear Friends,

In FD32, Credit bounds is 1000. Sales Order is 852. Open items successful T.code OVA8 is 90%.

 But the Sales bid is blocked giving the connection - Order blocked for transportation arsenic a effect of recognition check.  Refer to the screenshot also. Please suggest. we are successful ECC 6.0
