Restriction of Timesheet changes after approval from configuration

As per concern requirement, I person enabled the Restriction of timesheet changes aft support from configuration change. After enabling the control, their are immoderate cases successful which the timesheet needs to beryllium edited. But Even task manager is incapable to marque changes.
