Release strategy not triggered in SES

Hi Experts,

I person created caller merchandise strategy for SES with characteristics CESSR_LWERT and CESSR_WERKS.

Created caller class, Release group, Release codes and maintained worth successful the classification.

Now erstwhile one make SES utilizing ML81n, Release strategy is not triggering. Only the greenish emblem (accept) appears also

in Goto->Entry sheet, relese strategy is not progressive (unable to select).

Please suggest
