PPF message not always processed, stucked in SPPFP (SMQS)

we are a fewer days earlier the commencement of operations astatine the lawsuit works and we are encountering the occupation that PPF actions are not ever processed correctly. When the GI is posted successful EWM, a PPF connection is created, sometimes it passes it good (message processed and GI is posted successful ERP), sometimes it gets stuck connected SPPFP arsenic a yellowish people and by manual execution it makes a connection arsenic Time timit exceeded
