Planned Independent Requirement not consumed by withdrawal quantity in S/4

Dear Gurus,

I had a PIR connected February, being consumed by withdrawal quantity.

I deleted the PIR and created a caller 1 (MD61).

Withdrawal quantity is inactive displayed successful MD73 but doesn't devour anymore the PIR I've conscionable created.

Any thought why?
