Partial goods issue for the work order through Basic EWM functionality

We are having the Delivery based production integration in my current project. When the process order is requesting the raw materials for the staging area, in EWM we will get the Outbound Delivery. 

As off now, I can able to issue full OBD quantities to the staging area. But the client ask is to issue the partial quantities with one OBD.

How I can able to achieve this? need help.
