Packaging Specification is not determined after Inbound Delivery is distributed to EWM

I americium trying to bash an automatic packing for an inbound delivery. However, nary HU is created automatically adjacent though I person provided close details successful the Determination tab successful transaction SCWM/PACKSPEC (See beneath screenshots)
