Outbound POSC: Final loading WT not getting generated automatically

Hello experts,

I person configured POSC for outbound but WT for last measurement is not getting generated. Attached are my config steps. I completed picking, packing astatine WC and question to staging.

(I work 1 blog for adept wherever it is not recommended to person load task automatic but this is technically possible). Please advise.
