OPTIMIZER RUN FAILED DUE TO VSR OPTIMIZER /SCMTMS/PLN_BGD010

The strategy tried to telephone the conveyance scheduling and routing (VSR) optimizer but failed

The VSR optimizer tally was aborted. 

 I Have checked successful rcc_cust ,rcc_verision, 

everything seems similar ok

but nary capable to spell further
