Oper the Abap Workberch from a Web Application->PM Order by Number

Is it imaginable to open/start the PM-Modul successful AbapWorkBench from a Web-Program?

I person a Number of the Order and would similar to unfastened the ApabWorkBench PM Modul Form for this  Order ...
