Not able to maintain condition record for custom physical inventory form in EWM

Hi All,

We developed 1 customized signifier for Physical Inventory successful EWM. For that we created 1 customized enactment explanation and 1 Badi filter (method call) for PPF. But getting an mistake portion maintaining information grounds successful SCWM/PRHU6. I americium attaching immoderate surface shots here. Please suggest if I missed immoderate step.
