MRP Rescheduling Purchase Requisition behaviour in S/4 Public Cloud

We are connected S/4 HANA Public Cloud 2408.

MRP seems to beryllium generating redundant Purchase Reqs. I person looked astatine Note No 1745312 - MRP creates redundant proposals though determination are fixed aboriginal receipts which tin screen the requirements.  However what is observed is different. Is the behaviour successful Public Cloud different? Your assistance volition beryllium overmuch appreciated.

In our case, the worldly maestro has a Planned Delivery Time = 0, Good Receipt Proc. Time=2 days and MD04/Manage Material Coverage shows Total RLT=0. There is simply a Purchase Info Record with Planned Delivery Time = 210 days and GRT=2 days. This besides has the Auto. sourcing flag.
