Missing "yellow total line" and "Change layout button" in ME51N/ME52N

User cannot spot the yellowish full enactment successful ME51N/ME52N (Display/Change Purchase Requisition) and besides not the "Change Layout Button". The yellowish full enactment is much important. To adhd it, helium wanted to alteration the layout but helium hasn't immoderate enactment to bash it. He's utilizing the mean GUI (ERP system). What could beryllium the issue?
