/IWBEP/IF_MGW_SOST_SRV_RUNTIME is active but still have services with not supported status

tried activating the services PP_SCHEDULEPRODUCTION_SRV

but getting presumption arsenic not supported.

checked the interface /IWBEP/IF_MGW_SOST_SRV_RUNTIME and its progressive arsenic per snote - 1986626
