IDOC process Delay

I person an idoc present for a GI that was posted connected 11/21/2024 and the idoc did not process until 12/10/2024. The Outbound process was implicit connected 11/21 with nary errors. I americium trying to spot if determination is simply a mode if I tin cheque if it was stuck successful the queue for ewm and ecc.
