Hyundai Alcazar 2024 - Lemon?

Hi Everyone,

We purchased the 1.5 Turbo DCT Signature 06STR connected 29.09.2024, replacing our beloved Toyota Corolla Altis (which, admittedly, felt similar sacrilege — but unfortunately, we had nary different viable enactment astatine the time). Despite being little than six months old, our Alcazar has already suffered 2 implicit artillery failures, wherever the car wouldn’t unlock oregon relation astatine all.

First instance: Hyundai blamed a faulty artillery and replaced it aft keeping the car for 3-4 days.

Second instance: They initially suggested we had near the headlights connected (which wasn’t the case). Only aft taking it to the work halfway did they admit the "12V artillery discharging" contented affecting the caller Alcazars.

Now, we're facing the aforesaid contented again, and Hyundai’s work squad has been unhelpful successful providing a imperishable solution. The trader has besides been incapable to connection immoderate clarity. Given that the car stalls if near unused for conscionable 3-4 days, we’re earnestly considering selling it. This concern is simply unacceptable.

Has anyone other faced this issue? If so, person you escalated it to HMIL and received immoderate meaningful response? Any guidance oregon further accusation would beryllium greatly appreciated.
