How to post GI on the RF without TM?

Hello!
I person 1 question connected SAP S4/HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Is it imaginable to Post Goods Issue for an outbound transportation bid connected RF instrumentality withouth TM? If so, however tin I bash it?

Many times I´ve posted Goods Receipt for an inbound transportation connected RF device. I´d similar to bash the aforesaid for picking warehouse tasks for an outbound transportation connected RF, but can´t find a way.
