How to fetch the documents attached to Inspection method table SAP

I americium trying to get the database of documents attached to the inspection method and to show it successful grounds inspection results with a customized app.

Got the inspection batch and method operation from QAMV

Got the Method information from QMTB.

But not capable to get the information of documents attached to it. Pls guide.
