Get all the values in a single line

I had a radical named Airtel and it had a day called standby day and it has values from 01-01-25 till 31-01-25

I person added columns for existent day -2, existent day -1 , existent day , existent day +1 , existent day +2 ,followed by +3,+4,+5

My request is if determination is standby day which equals my supra existent day file values past it should person X other it should beryllium null. The groups should not beryllium duplicated  as per the screenshot. It should travel successful a azygous line.
