EWM cancellation WT creates new WT on the background

Hi,

I setup automatic WT created for Custom Delivery benignant - it works good and each clip transportation is created successful EWM, the WT is automatically created. 

The occupation is, erstwhile I manually cancel the WT, the WT is immidiatelly auto-created again. 

I deliberation its determination successful the DLVPPFC settings truthful I tried to play with presumption changes - tried Empty value, besides tried NSNS worth but for some the effect was aforesaid (i utilized Change mode I). Please fto maine cognize however to hole that to auto-create WT lone during the Delivery creation

Second question - tin I someway see information to dont make WT if WT is not created for full transportation qty?
