Error executing Manage Engineering Change Order webservice

Hi experts,

i effort to make an enginieering alteration bid via webservice successful sap bussines by design.

i tin spot an mistake connected sap nether monitoring:

"An mistake concern has occurred wherever the cause had to make a responsibility message, but this has failed."

Looks similar the aforesaid error:

2948913 - Error appears " An mistake concern has occurred wherever the cause had to make a responsibility mess...

but one cant lick it.

i checked the request  successful Visual Studio C# and SOAPui. the aforesaid failure
