Difficulty with "no overlapping" operations

I'm having trouble with "no overlapping" operations.

Operations 0050 and 0060 are "no overlapping", but cognition 0060 is starting earlier 0050.

- 0050: ends connected 12/19/2024 astatine 2:03:00 PM
- 0060: starts connected 12/18/2024 astatine 4:32:37 PM

Both person the "No overlapping" enactment checked and some Work Centers person the "Can beryllium utilized by respective operations" enactment unchecked.
