Delete Info Record not possible

We tried to delete immoderate Purchasing Info Records that we don't usage but unluckily it was not imaginable to delete them wholly from SAP - lone people for deletion. 

When creating a caller Purchase Requisition the deleted Purchasing Info Record is inactive being automatically assigned to the Purchase Requisition, which creates chaos and further manual enactment for users. 

Is determination immoderate anticipation to delete the PIR wholly from the database?
