Customer appearing in UDM_SUPERVISOR but not appearing in UDM_SPECIALIST

Hi,

There is 1 lawsuit appearing successful Supervisor worklist UDM_SUPERVISOR, but not appearing successful worklist of specialist UDM_SPECIALIST, though specializer already assigned successful UDM_BP. I executed transaction UDM_GENWL, but contented inactive exists.

Please enactment to find retired the basal cause.
