Curious to know if SAP is selling fresh licences of SAP ECC, Greenfield Implementations?

Curious to cognize if SAP is inactive selling the caller licences of SAP ECC system, for Greenfield Implementations? Ideally it is sensible to opt for S4 system, if we are implementing it afresh. but, is SAP ECC strategy available, if I privation to opt for it.?

In Specific, would similar to understand, till which year, SAP ECC strategy is disposable for purchase, successful lawsuit of caller Greenfield implementations.!
