Create a new company in FSM and update all users with no access in user policy group/person

Hello all! 

If I make a caller FSM company, past automatically each users bash person entree "default" to this caller institution successful the idiosyncratic argumentation group. Furthermore, each users are assigned to the caller institution arsenic idiosyncratic (see screenshot below). So successful the maestro information - persons, each users are displayed from the different company. 
Is it imaginable to alteration this default-setting? 

Currently I checked the FSM User API, but nary batch idiosyncratic update is supported and the idiosyncratic argumentation radical oregon idiosyncratic duty are not included successful the assemblage parameters for the API endpoint.
