Condition origin "D" in Sales Order

I'm trying to fig retired a scenario:  to make a header information with fixed value(negative) which means specified a coupon discount for the order. But, the contented is erstwhile i'm going into bid creation, the information benignant Origin is ever = "E" point total.  Suppose it should beryllium "D" header condition... Could anyone assistance here?
