Cannot create WT with Sample Split /SCWM/QINSP253

Hi,

we are moving successful an ERP BS7 connected to a decentral EWM connected S/4 HANA.

We are presently upgrading the EWM to S/4 HANA 2023 FPS01.

Since the upgrade, the QM Sample Process does not enactment anymore, arsenic we are incapable to make putaway warehouse tasks with the pursuing message: /SCWM/QINSP253 "Can't make warehouse tasks until outer illustration is calculated".

The process did enactment successful the aged merchandise without immoderate issues ( connected S4HANA 2021 02 (05/2022) FPS)

The unusual part: 

In my POV, the Inspection papers is updated with the close External Sample size quantity. The presumption is good arsenic well. 

I americium unsure, wherefore we are incapable to make an inbound warehouse task.

Am I missing thing here?
