BP credit data is not appearing in UKM_COMMITMENTS for some customers.

I person created caller BP Customer maestro information with each the applicable views including UKM000 and posted immoderate income transactions. When one tried to tally UKM_COMMITMENTS BP information is not appearing. Tried to rebuild recognition utilizing UKM_RVKRED07.But it is incapable to rebuilt. Issue is occurring to prime customers.
