BOM version 00000189-01-0002 is obsolete on creating version of shopfloor routing

Tried creating the shopfloor routing version. But got the mistake similar the BOM mentation is obsolete. Not capable to revoke the BOM status. Is determination immoderate mode to transcript the shopfloor routing mentation without creating a caller BOM and SF routing?
