Billing status uodate in outbound delivery

Hi Guys:

I person 1 income bid with Qty 5 PCS, ans outbound transportation and PGI wiht 5PCS arsenic well. 1st invoice was issued with 3PCS partially, past erstwhile I make 2nd invoice with 2PCS. System amusement 'The papers has already been afloat invoiced '.

Actually, the transportation is partial invoiced, I checked the billing presumption successful outbound delivery, is C -fully invoiced.

Please kindly assistance for this issue.
