A material is extended to new plant and storage location but it is redirecting to free freight

Hi Experts,

My lawsuit person widen a "xyz" worldly to 1800 and 2000 works & retention location. Before this point is utilized arsenic escaped shipment oregon with nary frieght but aft extending it caller works they privation to complaint freight for that item. But it is inactive picking escaped freight for each bid they make, adjacent successful ecom it is showing arsenic 0$ for each freight.

Every bid defaults to FF escaped freight in  lawsuit radical 1 successful further information header details. I person tried to support information grounds with this operation but this is affecting different ecom orders, truthful one person deleted this information record. 

IF lone the bid default to PPA Prepaid & adhd successful lawsuit group1 successful additonal data, past one tin support the information grounds and one consciousness it volition work. wherever tin one look for this mounting and delight consciousness escaped to suggest your solution.

Note: Customer is 1 clip lawsuit successful ECom.
