When I bid the workflows are the results cumulative ? 
For example
I person a acquisition bid XXXXX it is NOT assigned to a cost  centre, but is implicit $5000. So erstwhile the PO XXXXX is added the workflows volition run
and the effect is

Workflow 1 triggered - Finance Added
Workflow 2 not triggered
Workflow 3 triggered - Local MD added
Therefore Finance and Local MD volition request to o.k. the the PO earlier it tin beryllium created, is that correct?
