Tracing call-off purchase orders negotiated savings

Is it imaginable to way negotiated savings for call-off orders released against value/quantity contracts?

It is imaginable lone successful modular PO by entering ZMPO and RA00 values, but for call-off orders it is not imaginable to track.

Does anybody cognize however to negociate that?
