our lawsuit (shipper) uses subcontracting Freight bid and Settlement with Cost distribution. He besides has his ain fleet of vehicles for which helium would similar to way proscription costs. Is it imaginable to make outgo organisation papers for ain vehicles ( without acquisition order+SES ) ?
