SAP S4 HANA PUBLIC CLOUD EDITION - Email Notification for Approval Workflow

Hello Experts,

I've configured the beneath steps to execute email notification for Credit Memo Process Approval Workflow, but inactive I'm not capable to person a email notification for the same. Please proposal if I'm missing thing successful here.

1. Created workflow rules for Credit Memo and besides did Manage Teams and Responsibilities

2. Created a customized template utilizing Maintain Email Template (Approval Request for Credit Memo Request SD_SLS_CMR_APPROVAL_EMAIL_TMPL)

3. Configured Sender Email Address

4. Changed the settings successful Output Parameter Determination.

Still I'm not receiving an email aft the instauration of Credit Memo. 

Please advice.
