Qm instection lot status "MCAN"

Dear experts, 

When we cancel a batch done QA02 oregon cancel a document, the strategy sets the batch presumption to "LTCA." 

However, I person noticed a batch with the presumption "MCAN - Lot marked for cancellation" successful my system. Can you explicate however the strategy ends up with  the MCAN presumption for the lots?

This is for the batch with root 89.
