Output Message -> MAHN in S/4

Dear Experts, 
My lawsuit is astir S/4 Hana Output Management and it relates to transaction OPD(not NAST) .

I americium trying to make an Output Message -> MAHN wrong a RFQ (REQUEST_FOR_QUOTATION). I privation to punctual RFQs. The RFQ is not created on the ground of acquisition requisitions/PO oregon contract. It is purely created with ME41.  

In ECC determination is simply a transaction ME91F by this it is imaginable to make a Output Message MAHN.

I request the aforesaid anticipation successful S/4 Hana. We are connected (S4CORE 108).
