When referencing an enquiry (VA13) successful a income bid (VA02), sometimes the enactment point pricing dates are pulled from the inquiry's pricing day but sometimes it uses the existent bid date.

We would similar to alteration this default behaviour truthful that the pricing day matches the income document's pricing day alternatively of the inquiry's.

I tried utilizing VTAA/VOV8 with Chatgpt's guidance but with nary success.
