KANBAN JIT calls not received

Dear GURU"s!

We implemented the KANBAN JIT calls  process.
The replenishment pb clip 3 days(PKMC).
The JIT calls spell retired to the supplier erstwhile a day.
Sunday is not a moving time successful the mill calendar.
JIT calls connected Thursday are stuck due to the fact that transportation would beryllium connected Sunday.
Could you assistance maine find wherever is the mistake?
